The Old Dominion Medical Society (ODMS) was founded in 1905 and is Virginia’s affiliate chapter of the National Medical Association (NMA). We are a membership-based society of minority physicians who serve as an informed voice for minorities within the entire healthcare spectrum. Members of ODMS serve not only their patient base, but minority communities through community education and advocacy. As an organization, ODMS represents professional integrity, ethical conduct, and the highest quality of health care delivery.
